All bookings are refundable in full within 22 hours of making the payment.

After 22 hours all bookings will be subject to the terms and conditions of the booking, and the suppliers.

Most of the bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable.

In case if a booking is refundable we will fellow the tems and condtion of the supplier to issue the refund.

CTS will charge a $ 75 US. extra to do the refund.
